Sampson came as a stray dog wondering the street of a small border down by Mexico.

Sammy for short, is wonderful, he came in thin, there is no way we can tell how long he wandered until he found help.

Sammie has been well cared for, he had been groomed, at least he had his coat clipped. He is an indoor dog with knowledge of a dog door. He is quiet and has good house manners.

Sammie gets along very well with other dogs, if anything, he is submissive.

He is of a typical St. Bernard energy, majestic, but not bubbly.

He walks well on a leash.

He is a little nervous when approached quickly, like he has been hit on the head, but he is very trusting and with a kind word and a gentle touch, he is trusting us more every day.

Please come meet this excellent, beautiful boy and give him the true FOREVER home he deserves.
